inadequate air conditioningabsent food facilities

the air conditioning barely worked. i couldn't change the temperature and the fan speed was stuck, even after i contacted reception multiple times. it took a lot of effort and several visits to the front desk to get it somewhat adjusted. also, there were no proper facilities for getting food or drinks, that was quite annoying
